Deskripsi pekerjaan Field Service Engineer IVD PT. UBC Medical Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of diagnostic equipment in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions and equipment downtime.
- Install diagnostic equipment in accordance with company procedures and standards to ensure operational readiness at customer sites.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to maintain optimal equipment performance and prevent potential breakdowns.
- Carry out quality control processes to ensure equipment functions according to established technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive service visit reports for evaluation and follow-up purposes.
- Manage spare parts inventory and service accessories to ensure availability and proper condition in supporting operational activities.
- Provide regular refresh training and technical knowledge updates to customers to ensure user competency is continuously maintained and improved.
Requirements:
- Diploma (D3/D4) in Electromedical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE), preferably handling IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) equipment.
- Willing to travel for business trips across various regions in Indonesia.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
