Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Having 2 years experience in Sales Warehousing/Logistic (Pergudangan)
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid Class C driver’s license.
- Physical Condition : Physically fit, as the job involves frequent outdoor travel.
- Communication : Able to explain products to prospective buyers in a friendly, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Negotiation : Skilled at convincing buyers and responding to complaints calmly.
- Resilience : Does not give up easily when rejected by buyers.
Jobdesk and Responsibility
- Finding New Prospects : Going door-to-door, visiting stores, or visiting public areas to find potential customers (Pergudangan)
- Area Mapping : Exploring specific areas targeted by the company to assess market potential.
- Product Presentation : Explaining the features, functions, and benefits of a product or service directly to customers.
- Negotiation and Closing : Offering prices or promotions and convincing customers to make a purchase.
- Serving Customers : Helping customers fill out forms, taking orders, or explaining how to use products.
- Preparing Reports : Recording daily visitor counts, sales figures, and on-site challenges to report to supervisors.
- Researching Competitors : Monitoring the products and prices offered by competitors
