Field Sales Leader

We are currently looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and results-driven individual to join us as a Field Sales Leader.

Job Description:

- Lead and direct the sales team in acquiring F&B merchants to join the platform/application.

- Develop sales strategies and allocate visit areas for the sales team.

- Set, monitor, and evaluate weekly targets based on individual team members’ performance.

- Ensure the team has a strong understanding of product knowledge, merchant registration processes, and effective communication with potential merchants.

- Conduct regular briefings and coaching sessions to improve the productivity and target achievement of the sales team.

- Prepare sales team performance reports and provide updates on merchant development and progress to management.

- Take responsibility for achieving merchant acquisition targets and driving merchant growth within the assigned area.

Ensure that sales strategies and field visits are carried out in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English is required.

- Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) education; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Business Development.

- Previous experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Team Leader is a plus.

- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

- Understanding of canvassing, pitching, and merchant registration processes on platforms/applications.

- Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role and visit F&B merchants within the assigned area.

- Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driving license (SIM).

- Owns a personal smartphone with a minimum of 6 GB RAM.
