Job Overview
Smooth operations are essential for growing a successful business and delivering an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a Field Operations Freelance who will help execute projects on the ground and report directly to internal teams. In this role, you will accompany customers during property visits and move-ins, while coordinating with our business partners to ensure operational tasks are carried out successfully.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations team to gather complete information and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Travel within the Jakarta area to handle escalations, supervise move-ins and move-outs, and manage supplies or other operational needs.
- Identify issues on-site and provide improvement suggestions to internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and general inspections using the provided move-in checklist.
- Gather and evaluate customer needs or requests and communicate them to the internal teams.
- Assist customers during property viewings and report feedback to the Sales team.
- Meet with landlords and customers to manage property handovers.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates from universities or vocational high schools are encouraged to apply.
- Enjoy meeting new people and have a strong interest in the property industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and able to travel within the Jakarta area.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle preferred)
- Willing to commit for 6–8 months.
