Deskripsi pekerjaan Field Officer SPUN (PT Solutopia Untuk Nusantara)
SPUN is seeking a Field Officer to support our operations team by handling on-the-ground tasks related to visa applications, documentation, and logistical support. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate field operations efficiently.
Working Conditions
Location: South Jakarta (Hybrid WFH + WFO)
Type: Based on Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and submit visa-related documents to government offices, embassies, or other institutions.
- Facilitate in-person follow-ups with relevant authorities to expedite visa processing.
- Provide logistical support for visa applicants, including escorting them to required locations if needed.
- Stay updated on local regulations related to visa processing and compliance, and will work together with the Visa Officer.
- Maintain clear records and communicate updates to the Visa Officer.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during field visits.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in field operations, visa administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduate or vocational high school with a specialization in tourism are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with local government procedures and regulations is a plus.
- English-conversation skill in basic level is required,
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Having a SIM-C and being able to ride a motorcycle is a plus point.
