We’re Hiring! Field Officer
📍 Field-based · Jakarta & BSD
Responsibilities:
- Execute program activities (trainings, workshops, onboarding) across vocational houses and community locations
- Deliver non-technical skills training (communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, work ethics) using prepared materials
- Support participant recruitment, screening, onboarding, and ensure each batch is filled with qualified participants
- Manage and engage participants throughout the program, including attendance tracking and progress monitoring
- Act as the main point of contact for participants, trainers, and community stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program execution
- Ensure all classes run according to schedule and conduct participant assessments
- Monitor program implementation, identify issues, and escalate risks or delays when needed
- Collect and maintain accurate program data (attendance, participation, outcomes) and prepare regular reports
- Support field operations, including logistics, scheduling, and training material preparation
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and contribute to program improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing and managing beneficiaries/community participants
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator in community-based programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in the field
- Passionate about community development and women empowerment
