Job Description:
- Support the team in preparing and executing events and on-ground activities as an Event Runner.
- Conduct field surveys by visiting event venues and potential locations directly.
- Assist with venue checking, including accessibility, facilities, layout, and other event requirements.
- Handle on-ground errands and operational needs before and during events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venue teams, and internal teams during event preparation and execution.
- Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown as needed.
- Document field surveys and event activities through photos, videos, and simple reports.
- Support other operational tasks related to events and field activities.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Interested in event operations, field activities, and on-ground work.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits, venue surveys, and traveling to various locations.
- Physically mobile and able to handle on-ground operational tasks and event errands.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site at different event/field locations as required.
