Job Descriptions:
- Coordinated and handled educational events, including moderating sessions and engaging with participants
- Delivered education consulting sessions to understand needs and recommend suitable programs
- Addressed client concerns through structured problem-solving and solution-oriented communication
- Managed negotiation processes to align offerings with client needs and business objectives
- Identifying and pursuing potential students joining the student community, and leveraging Dimbing’s internal community data.
- Initiate contact with prospective students or customers by online communication to understand their needs and present relevant products or services.
- Tailor deals pitches and solutions to meet the specific needs of students identified during the analysis.
- Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual leads targets set by the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven 1 year of experience in the same field (preferable similar industries)
- Bachelor degree from any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
- Strong problem solving, product knowledge, and customer orientation.
- High resilience and perseverance in achieving teams and organization OKR
