Deskripsi pekerjaan Field Application Specialist IVD PT. UBC Medical Indonesia
We are looking for a proactive Application Specialist with a strong interest in laboratory diagnostics and In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) instruments to provide application support, product training, and technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product training and application support for IVD instruments to internal teams and customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory diagnostic equipment in the assigned area.
- Conduct on site training, routine monitoring, and customer visits to ensure optimal product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare required tools, reagents, and materials for training and installation activities.
- Perform quality control (QC) on products prior to installation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Respond to, analyze, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints, including escalation when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of training activities and troubleshooting cases through the ticketing/database system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (S1/S2) in Biology, Biotechnology, or related Life Science fields.
- Strong interest or experience in Laboratory Diagnostics / In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) instruments.
- Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to travel for customer visits, product training, and field support.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
