Deskripsi pekerjaan Fianance Manager - Jakarta PT Varnion Technology Semesta
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Finance operations covering Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance, Treasury & Asset Management.
- Ensure effective billing, receivables management, collection, and working capital.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking activities, and payment planning.
- Ensure revenue accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee company asset management.
- Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk management within the assigned functions.
- Lead and develop the Finance team, monitor KPIs and performance, and drive process improvement and automation.
- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management to support business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Provide support on other finance-related initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc assignments as required by management to support the achievement of the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Accounting/Audit/Tax.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Finance experience, including experience in a managerial position.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, tight deadline.
