Recruitment Requirements
- Educational Background: Fresh graduates of the recent graduating class, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Highway & Bridge Engineering or other related majors; with excellent academic performance, no failed courses, and able to obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate on schedule.
- Professional Knowledge: Master the basic theories and professional knowledge of civil engineering, including structural design, construction technology, geotechnical investigation, engineering drawing, etc.; be familiar with relevant national and industrial standards, codes and specifications.
- Practical & Operational Abilities: Proficient in using professional software (AutoCAD, PKPM, Revit, Midas, etc.) for engineering drawing, structural calculation and model establishment; have certain practical ability, and those with intern experience in civil engineering design, construction site or related fields are preferred.
- Comprehensive Qualities: Possess good logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills; be hardworking, responsible, have strong sense of teamwork and ability to bear pressure; be proactive in learning, willing to engage in civil engineering related work, and adapt to on-site work (if required by the position).
- Additional Requirements: Fluent in English (written and oral), able to read professional English documents; have basic computer operation skills; hold relevant professional certificates (such as Construction Engineer Qualification Certificate, Surveyor Certificate) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team in completing civil engineering design, drawing review, structural calculation and scheme optimization, ensuring the rationality, safety and compliance of the design scheme.
- Participate in on-site construction management, including construction technology guidance, progress control, quality supervision and safety management, and coordinate with relevant parties to solve on-site technical problems.
- Assist in geotechnical investigation, data analysis and report preparation, provide technical support for engineering construction.
- Sort out and manage engineering technical data, participate in project acceptance, summary and other related work.
- Learn and master the latest professional technologies and industry trends, cooperate with the team to complete other technical and management tasks assigned by superiors.We have long been engaged in civil engineering design, construction management, technical research and related businesses.
