Feed Assistant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate and supervise all operational processes of feed production and distribution (including concentrates) in accordance with established systems and procedures, ensuring that cows receive feed based on the defined formula, quantity, and schedule.
2. Ensure that feed is distributed to cows according to their respective groups and in line with established comfort standards.
3. Coordinate and supervise all operational processes related to silage production and forage distribution, ensuring compliance with defined formulas, quantities, and schedules.
4. Coordinate and supervise all warehouse operations and the distribution of feed, equipment, and spare parts in accordance with established systems and procedures, ensuring proper condition and timely availability.
5. Coordinate, monitor, and ensure that production equipment operates normally so that production and distribution processes run according to the planned schedule.
6. Prepare timely and accurate reports on production and distribution activities.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in the feed industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
5. Placement in Jawa Timur.
