Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as F&B Service in a hotel.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Job Description:

Dining Area & Station Management:

• Clean, inspect, and set up dining tables, side stations, and service areas according to hotel standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Organize and maintain all table settings, linens, cutleries, chinaware, and glassware to ensure complete cleanliness and proper sanitation

Order & Service Delivery:

• Welcome guests warmly, present food and beverage menus, and provide detailed descriptions or recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and serve food and beverages promptly according to established service sequences.

Guest Engagement & Amenities:

• Monitor dining tables throughout the meal to anticipate guest needs, clear used dishes (bussing), and replenish water, condiments, and guest amenities.
• Handle special dietary requests, guest inquiries, or minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Facility & Operational Support:

• Perform pre-shift opening preparations and post-shift closing procedures, ensuring all stations are thoroughly cleaned and restocked.
• Inspect equipment and dining area facilities regularly, reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
