Deskripsi pekerjaan FAT Supervisor ECGO EVMOTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee and review daily financial transaction processing, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
2. Supervise petty cash management, vendor invoice processing, and employee reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Coordinate and lead data preparation for monthly financial closing, tax filing, and compliance (PPN, PPh, and Corporate Tax).
4. Monitor and control Accounts Payable/Receivable schedules to support timely payments and maintain optimal cash flow.
5. Ensure robust financial documentation management and maintain an audit-ready filing system.
6. Support the FAT Manager in financial reporting, internal controls, tax audits, and supervising routine accounting operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (prior experience in a supervisory or senior capacity is a strong plus).
3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations (PPN & PPh), and general ledger management.
4. Fluent in English, with Upper-Intermediate proficiency welcome to apply.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for complex financial modeling, data analysis, and reconciliation.
6. Hands-on experience with accounting software (experience with Accurate Software is a big plus).
7. Strong leadership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage team workflows.
8. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
9. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
