Responsibilities:
โข Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Accounting Staff and Accounting Officer to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations.
โข Review journal entries, cash mutations, sales reports, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
โข Prepare and verify monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual reports for management and external audit purposes.
โข Oversee and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.
โข Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations for cost efficiency, internal control improvements, and financial planning.
โข Liaise with tax consultants and external auditors for routine reviews and tax reporting compliance.
โข Manage and optimize the use of accounting software or ERP systems, ensuring all data is accurately entered and synchronized.
โข Train, guide, and evaluate team performance to support their professional growth and operational efficiency.
โข Provide regular financial updates and reports to management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
โข Minimum of 3โ5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
โข Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and corporate financial management.
โข Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal.id, etc.).
โข Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure.
โข Capable of independently preparing financial reports and overseeing internal audit processes.
โข Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and develop team members.
โข Analytical mindset with the ability to propose solutions based on financial evaluation.
