Deskripsi pekerjaan FAT Staff PT. Vicmay stainless equipment
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping, including receipts, expenditures, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Process bill payments and ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting and monitor expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other accounting and finance teams to ensure efficient financial processes.
- Provide other necessary administrative support as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Tax position.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (PSAK) and the preparation of detailed, thorough, and accurate financial reports.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Familiarity with corporate accounting software (such as Accurate, etc.).
- Able to manage and analyze large amounts of financial data (reconciliation).
- Able in at least conversational English (interviews will be conducted in English).
