Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Review and monitor large volumes of financial data, including reconciliation of disbursement and repayment transactions.
- Ensure proper recording, classification, and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and financial activities to support business operations.
- Ensure tax calculations, reporting, and filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and guide FAT Staff in daily operational tasks and problem solving.
- Assist FAT Manager in maintaining financial controls, documentation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and tax consultants when required.
- Support management by providing financial analysis and operational insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax roles.
- Experience in supervising or leading a small team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Good knowledge of taxation, including tax compliance and reporting.
- Experienced in handling large datasets and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
