Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax position with relevant experience in team management.
- Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report (balance L/R), annual budget & company tax planning.
- Strong financial analytical skill and proficiency in financial software such as Excel, etc.
- Excellent in financial analysis, financing and capital management skill, have a professional quality and ethics, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a professional dedication, have a good team spirit.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the company's finance, including budgeting, cash monitoring, and cost analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
- Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting and tax.
- Carry out financial control, such as evaluating and improving the company's finance and financial system.
- Plan and manage the financial budgeting activities.
- Contribute in development and improvement of the company's financial systems.
- Establish and improve the organizational structure of the financial department, set up posts, clarify responsibilities, guarantee the quality of financial accounting information, reduce operation and management costs, ensure smooth information and improve work efficiency.
