Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and maintained using Accurate Online.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and monitor the company's budget, cash flow, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of PPh and PPN reports in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions and company growth.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably within the retail or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal control.
- Proficient in Accurate Online and Microsoft Excel; experience with other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
