Role Description
The Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial data, guarantees adherence to regulatory standards, and provides strategic insights to support the company's growth. The supervisor will lead a team, manage daily financial operations, and work closely with other departments to maintain efficient and effective financial management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a plus).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), tax regulations, and financial analysis.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
7. Exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of integrity and accountability in financial matters.
8. Experience with audit processes, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Job Description:
1.Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports to senior management.
2. Manage daily transaction records, oversee cash flow, and ensure efficient financial operations.
3. Oversee and authorize payments for operational expenses, supplier invoices, taxes, and other financial obligations.
4. Prepare accurate and timely tax reports (PPH, VAT, PPh 22 Import, etc.) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
5. Manage the preparation and filing of Periodic and Annual Tax Returns (SPT) using CoreTax and other tax-related software.
6. Monitor and reconcile PIB (Goods Import Notification) data to ensure compliance with import regulations.
7. Prepare tax reports for all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
8. Calculate and report PPh 21 for employees monthly, ensuring accurate tax withholding.
9. Act as the liaison between the company and tax authorities, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
