Job Description:
- Ensure the continuity of the company's financial health, optimize value for shareholders, and assist the company in achieving its strategic goals
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic direction in the company's financial management
- Involved in designing the company's financial policies and ensuring compliance
- Communicate with various parties, including top management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders
- Interact with other functional departments, such as supply chain, operational manager, marketing, human resources, to support the overall goals of the company
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
- Oversee long-term budgeting and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan
- Perform various inputs such as debt journals, input payment transactions from banks and petty cash into the accounting system
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager
- Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and management
- Understanding of ISO 9001, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Proven track record in managing complex financial operations and leading a finance team
- Able and capable of working alone or with a team
