As the Fashion Stylist for the CEO of our retail fashion company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our CEO presents themselves in alignment with our brand identity and values. You will work closely with the CEO to curate and execute wardrobe selections for various professional engagements, public appearances, media interviews, and special events. Your creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to stay current with fashion trends will be essential in helping our CEO maintain a polished and influential presence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand their personal style preferences, professional image goals, and upcoming engagements.
- Curate and style outfits that reflect the brand's aesthetic and the CEO's individuality for a variety of occasions, including meetings, conferences, photoshoots, and public appearances.
- Source clothing, accessories, and other wardrobe elements from a diverse range of designers, brands, and retailers especially international brands
- Manage the CEO's wardrobe inventory, ensuring items are organized, well-maintained, and suitable for different seasons and occasions.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, emerging designers, and industry developments to continually enhance the CEO's wardrobe and style.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and styling sessions as needed to ensure the perfect fit and presentation.
- Provide guidance and advice on grooming, hair, and makeup to complement the CEO's overall look.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to the CEO's wardrobe and image.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Proven 5 years experience as a Fashion Stylist, Wardrobe Consultant, or Personal Shopper, with a focus on high-profile clients or executives with international brand as reference.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fashion accessory, textiles, styling techniques, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly when managing wardrobe inventories and coordinating multiple engagements.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and working closely with senior executives.
- Knowledge of designer brands, luxury fashion markets, and retail industry trends.
- Proficiency in styling software, fashion databases, and relevant digital tools is a plus.
