Requirement :
1. Preferred background in Fashion Design, Art, or a related field, with previous experience working for a fashion brand.
2. Responsible, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Able to translate creative ideas and direction into ready-to-wear collections while collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Board of Directors.
4. Skilled in technical drawing and garment development, including sketching, draping, pattern making, fitting, and sampling.
5. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
6. Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and finishing details to ensure products are developed and executed as intended.
7. Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with production teams, manufacturers, and external vendors throughout the development process.
8. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
9. Up-to-date with both local and global fashion trends, market developments, and consumer preferences, with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and product quality.
10. Able to develop size charts and product measurements for various product categories.
