Fashion Designer

Job Desciption:

1. Develop collection concepts or themes and conduct fashion trend research (design, color, and fabric) aligned with the collection.
2. Create designs in both sketch and technical drawing formats.
3. Coordinate with the graphic team to develop patterns aligned with the design.
4. Collaborate with purchasing and sample teams in material selection and sample execution (pattern making, cutting, and sewing techniques).
5. Contribute to the overall design presentation process (tri-alignment, alignment, sample review, and showcase).

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1-3 years of experience in fashion design.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
3. Strong creative vision and ability to translate market trends into commercially viable designs.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
