Fashion Designer & Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth trend research and market analysis to identify emerging styles, colors, and materials suitable for the target audience.
• Develop seasonal collections from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demand.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital designs to present ideas and concepts.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and materials, considering quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the sampling and prototyping process; conduct fit sessions and samples approval, making necessary adjustments before bulk production.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of collections.
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are translated correctly into final products.
• Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to align designs with branding, promotional strategies, and sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
• Create detailed tech packs for vendors, including specifications, fabric composition, stitching details, and colorways.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designer or related field preferred
• Having 2 years of working experience in the related field with a proven track record.
• Proven experience in fashion design, collection development, and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Young, Creative, and Innovative.
• Strong communication skills.
