Job Description :
Conduct research and analysis on fashion trends, market movements, and local & global competitors
Analyze product sales performance to generate strategic insights and recommendations
Identify best-selling products, slow-moving items, and potential opportunities for product development
Create forecasting related to trends, colors, materials, and customer preferences based on market data
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales teams to support business and product strategies
Monitor customer behavior, buying patterns, and market needs
Prepare regular analytical reports to support evaluation and business decision-making
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product and brand performance
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fashion Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role
Strong interest and understanding of the fashion industry and trend forecasting
Experienced in analyzing sales performance and market insights
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other analytical tools
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Good communication and presentation skills
