Job Description
- Manage end-to-end process of pre-farming (farming preparation), farming itself, and post-farming - including process harvesting.
- Create and execute planning and good strategies in nursery, cultivation, harvesting, and pest management will be made in SOP.
- Lead and mentor the farming team - including to build and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth farming
- Identify & execute problems in the land and capable of providing ideas, inputs, and suggestions regarding the problems.
- Good coordination with teams related to the implementation of research both in the field and in the lab.
- Identify & execute the required process of post-harvesting such as warehouse storage or direct sales within the specific time frame
Requirements
- Graduated majoring in Agronomy, Soil science, pests and diseases, and recovery.
- Min. 5 years of professional working experience as an agronomist with 2-3 years experience as Manager
- Having experience farming dicotyledonous plants (tanaman dikotil), like potato, tomato and chili.
- Willing to work on-site in Banten (Lebak)
