Job Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily farm operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop and implement work schedules and operational plans for field teams.
- Monitor crop health and manage risks related to pests, diseases, and environmental factors.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, agricultural standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and develop farm staff to improve operational performance.
- Optimize farm productivity, yield, and resource utilization.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to adopt innovative farming practices.
- Prepare regular reports on farm conditions, production progress, and harvest performance.
- Maintain farm facilities, equipment, and operational records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in farm, plantation, or horticultural management.
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, hydroponics, plant nutrition, and pest & disease management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to be based in Lembang, West Java.
