Production Operator / Factory Worker (Trainee Program)
#Location: Gresik, East Java, Indonesia
#About the Position:
PT Indo Copper Refining is looking for honest, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our production team. Successful candidates will undergo a 2-month training program at our head quarter company's manufacturing facility in Vietnam before returning to work permanently at our factory in Gresik.
No prior experience is required. The company will provide comprehensive training.
#Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in a 2-month training program in Vietnam.
2. Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
3. Sort, inspect, and classify copper scrap materials based on quality standards.
4. Perform quality control (QC) inspections on incoming materials and production output.
5. Support production, material handling, loading, and unloading activities.
6. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Report any quality, safety, or operational issues to supervisors.
9. Work closely with team members to achieve production targets.
#Requirements:
1. Male, 20–30 years old preferred.
2. Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
3. Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
4. Honest, disciplined, responsible, and hardworking.
5. Good eyesight and attention to detail.
6. Willing to learn technical and production skills.
7. Willing to travel to Vietnam for 2 months of training.
8. Willing to work permanently in Gresik, East Java.
9. Able to work in shifts when required.
9. No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

#IMPORTANT NOTES:
Due to the company's investment in overseas training, successful candidates must be willing to commit to working with the company for a minimum of two (2) years after completing the training program.
