The Production Manager/Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily production activities, monitoring quality control standards, managing production schedules, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will also be involved in optimizing production processes, training staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production management. Proficiency in various production areas such as Lean Production, Liquid Preparation Production, Equipment Production, Ground Weaving Production, Granule Production, Capsule Production, Media Production, Film & Video Production, and Consumables Production is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
