Deskripsi pekerjaan Factory Manager PT. Enjer Technology Indonesia
Job responsibility
1. Factory construction: Assist factory construction in the early stage, participate in plant construction projects. Assist with equipment purchase, installation and commissioning.
2. Production management: Responsible for supervising the daily production activities of the factory to ensure that production efficiency and product quality meet the company's standards.
3. Quality control: Develop and implement quality control process to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
4. Supply chain management: Coordinate the procurement of raw materials, inventory management and production planning to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production.
5. Communication and coordination: Maintain good communication with the company headquarters and other departments, and timely report the production and operation of the factory.
6. Team management: Responsible for the management of factory workers and establish an efficient team culture.
7. Safety and compliance: Ensure that the factory complies with local labor regulations and safety standards, conducts regular safety training and relevant inspections.
Job requirements
1. More than 3 years experience as factory management
2. Fluent communication skills in Indonesian and English
3. Familiar with production process, quality control and supply chain management
4. Able to work under high pressure environment, with excellent problem solving skills
