As we continue to expand our reach and strengthen our position in the global market, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Director to lead our production efforts in Batealit, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. The Factory Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory's daily operations, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing production strategies, managing and mentoring the production team, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, and continuously improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will also be involved in budget planning, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management on factory performance. This position requires a strong leader who can drive results while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Candidates for this position must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector is required. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work well in a team, and excellent analytical abilities are essential. Candidates should also possess good public speaking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
