About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional and highly disciplined Factory Manager to oversee our daily production operations, ensure strict quality standards, and optimize manufacturing efficiency. In this role, you will bridge communication with our international stakeholders and drive our plant’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and optimize daily factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and maximize yield.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and halal certifications.
- Manage, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture among the plant workforce.
- Bridge communication and report progress directly to Korean management/stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Solid professional background in the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Native or professional fluency in Korean (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Food Technology.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or Assistant Factory Manager for at least 5-10 years.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing machinery, production planning (PPIC), and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, crisis management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
