Our client, a leading manufacturer of planter bags based in Boyolali, Central Java, is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead their manufacturing operations.
Responsibilites
- Lead and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring top-tier quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, from short-term gains to long-term growth.
- Champion compliance with all labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with our management team and overseas HQ to shape the future of our company.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to guide company evaluation and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Manufacturing, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager.
- Strong English proficient, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Cutting, Printing, Sewing, and Packing processes.
- Familiar with manufacturing systems such as ERP, ERM, MRP, JIT, and FIFO.
- Willing to be based or relocate to Boyolali/Solo area.
- Prefer someone with garment background
- Willing to be interviewed by user in Sukoharjo
