✅ Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in all major (preferably Engineering or Industrial Management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in Food & Beverages or FMCG industry (Frozen Food industry preferred).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations (200–300 employees across multiple shifts and departments).
- Strong leadership with experience in leading high-performance teams across functions (Production, QC, Engineering, WH, PPIC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in establishing and implementing SOPs and KPI structures at plant level.
- Mature, disciplined, and possess strong work ethics and integrity.
- Able to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Business-minded with strong acumen in cost control, production planning, and operational performance (COGM/COGS).
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing Strategy, Supply Chain, Maintenance Management, Continuous Improvement, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
- Experience preparing and handling internal & external audits (GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and present reports to top management.
- Willing to work directly on the production floor and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
- Adaptable to diverse teams and able to work with people from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang – Banten.
Job Description:
Manage and supervise all operational activities at the plant to ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and meets both quality and quantity targets. Serve as the key leader in setting the tone, culture, and discipline of the manufacturing floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Target Achievement
- Develop strategic plans to meet plant KPIs in terms of productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery.
- Define departmental goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Manufacturing Operations
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, warehouse, and utilities.
- Ensure optimal scheduling, shift management, and resource allocation.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other industry standards.
- Prepare for and lead internal/external audits.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity across the plant through continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean, 5S).
- Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to resolve them.
- Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across all levels.
- Maintain workforce discipline and resolve labor-related issues.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, absenteeism) and report regularly to top management.
- Utilize data and systems (ERP/MRP) to inform decisions.
- Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)
- Enforce strict safety policies and promote a culture of zero-accident.
- Work closely with SHE teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
