PEEPL has spent 25 years assessing and developing people for Indonesia's largest organisations, and now runs Nucleus, an AI talent platform. We need a Facility & GA Intern who can hit the ground running and help keep our office smooth, safe and comfortable.
In Your 3 Months
- Keep asset records accurate in ERP system, and support stock-takes, labeling and asset handovers
- Source vendor quotes, compare them, and build our vendor catalogue by the end of month 3
- Follow up maintenance and damage reports until they’re resolved, and keep the front office, pantry and meeting rooms running
- Track your own tasks and send a short daily report, so your progress is always visible
Qualifications
- Are a final-year student or fresh graduate (D3/S1) in any field; Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is a plus
- Have internship or organisational experience in admin, GA or operations, and are confident with Excel (lookup, pivot)
- Are proactive, organised and good with people: you follow up with vendors and colleagues without being chased, and keep your work tracked
