Deskripsi pekerjaan Facilities Manager PT. TRINITAS CINTA BAHANA
About the role
The Facilities Manager is the full accountable owner for the physical side of PT TCB's commercial operations — spaces, assets, systems, staff, vendors, and tenants — across PICW, TC PIK, and TC BSD. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — problems are identified and resolved before they are escalated, not after. PICW is the primary site where the Facilities Manager is based day-to-day. TC PIK and TC BSD are additional locations visited periodically to ensure building and asset standards are met on the commercial side.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project lead for the PICW relocation — managing the end-to-end relocation of physical, technical, and worship-adjacent assets to PICW, with weekly progress reports to the Director during the initial 3-month contract period (October–December 2026)
- Transfer, re-route, and install all electrical work, network cabling, software/hardware licenses, and production equipment in the new building
- Audit the new building prior to launch, project necessary move purchases, and ensure the facility is 100% service-ready for opening day
- Coordinate with the fit-out team and construction management on Phase 1 (30 Nov 2026) and Phase 2 (30 Dec 2026) handover timelines
- Maintain a complete, up-to-date asset register for all PT TCB and Yayasan assets operated commercially at PICW, PIK, and BSD; conduct a full asset audit upon commencement, updated quarterly thereafter
- Own full responsibility for the technical readiness and condition of all AV, sound, lighting, streaming, and LED display systems for commercial use — setup, operation, and breakdown for commercial events and studio sessions
- Ensure technical systems are maintained, calibrated, and ready at all times; perform first-line technical troubleshooting and escalate to vendors with full brief when beyond in-house capability
- Conduct proactive weekly walkthroughs at PICW on Tuesday — document findings, assign action, and close within timeline; conduct scheduled visits to PIK and BSD at minimum monthly to verify commercial-side building standards
- Directly manage all Facilities Leads across the three campuses — scheduling, task assignment, performance, and development; set and enforce the same daily operating standard across all three campuses
- Manage outsourced cleaning vendor — schedule, quality standards, performance, and budget; manage the CCTV system and access control; serve as the formal point of contact with building management security teams at each site
