We are looking for a Facebook Ads Intern with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly for e-commerce businesses.The ideal candidate has an understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign performance metrics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing expertise in performance marketing.

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM WIB

Portfolio is required. Please submit examples of Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns you have managed, preferably for e-commerce, including relevant campaign results or performance metrics where available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Support paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce products and businesses.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
Assist with audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign segmentation.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures.
Assist in monitoring Meta Pixel and conversion events to ensure accurate campaign tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prepare campaign performance reports and summarize key findings.
Coordinate with the team regarding campaign creatives, offers, and advertising requirements.
Support ad copy and creative briefing when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career candidates are welcome to apply.
Must have hands-on experience using Facebook/Meta Ads, gained through an internship, employment, freelance work, projects, or other relevant experience.
Experience running paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce is required.
Portfolio demonstrating previous Facebook/Meta Ads experience is required.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Familiar with key advertising metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
Basic understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with campaign data.
Good attention to detail and ability to identify performance trends.
Good English communication skills, as work communication will be conducted in English.
Able to work independently and effectively in a remote working environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or UTM tracking.
Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Experience with international advertising campaigns is an advantage.
Experience managing advertising budgets in USD is an advantage.
IMPORTANT
This position focuses specifically on Facebook/Meta Ads and paid performance marketing for e-commerce.Candidates should have practical experience working with paid advertising campaigns. Experience limited to organic social media management, content creation, or general social media activities without hands-on paid advertising experience will not be considered equivalent.
