Deskripsi pekerjaan Fabric Merchandiser (Jepara) PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Requirements:
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with Japanese and Korean customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, translate business communications, and coordinate sample development and approval processes.
- Manage order execution and follow up on the entire process, from order receipt to production and final shipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, QC, and Warehouse, to ensure orders are completed according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order progress, resolve operational issues, and handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile, Garment, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Merchandising, Order Follow-up, or the Garment Manufacturing Industry.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is preferred. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, customer-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
