Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service excellence, food safety, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
