Job Desciption:
- Supervising a team to ensure food preparation, presentation and quality.
- Supervising a team of stewards and ensuring all kitchen and dining areas are keep clean, organised and well-maintained.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and scheduling.
- Training, motivate and guide kitchen team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor food standards, hygiene and compliance.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control cost to minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Attention to details is a must.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Able to work in weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
