Location: Fluffy Fluffy Pakuwon City Mall – Surabaya
Job Description:
- Supervise the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate outlet team members to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Ensure all food, beverages, and desserts are prepared and served according to company SOPs, recipes, and quality standards.
- Monitor customer service standards and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the outlet.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and stock opname while minimizing food waste and operational losses.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and overall team performance.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational, inventory, maintenance, and staffing matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Drive sales performance by achieving outlet targets and identifying opportunities to improve revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Café Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant/café operations, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
- Familiar with ESB POS System (Point of Sale), including sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Experience in sales target achievement and team performance management.
- Experience handling outlet opening, closing, and audit processes.
