The F&B Sales role at The Brass Bali involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our food and beverage services, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among guests. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to meet guest needs, and providing regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will also be involved in planning and executing promotional events, as well as supporting the overall marketing strategies of the restaurant and bar. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking candidates who have an Associate Degree and between 1 and 3 years of experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry. Ideal candidates will have a diverse background in areas such as Chinese Restaurant, Resort, Catering Cashier, Government Relations, Hospitality Management, Sales and Marketing, Travel Agent, Sales Management, Banquet event, MICE, Western Restaurant, Western Restaurant Supervisor, Villa management, Restaurant Management, Barbecue Restaurant, and Restaurant Reception.
