Job Description
Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across all F&B vendors by coordinating service flow, maintaining operational standards, and resolving issues quickly to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Requirements
- Coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service across all food vendors.
- Monitor food service flow and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
- Act as the main point of contact between vendors and the event operations team.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions when needed.
- Ensure all vendors follow event SOPs, operational standards, and service quality.
