WE ARE HIRING – FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (F&B MANAGER)
AME BISTRO & COFFEE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Bistro & Coffee operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Waiter, Assistant Manager or similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant, café, and coffee shop operations.
• Strong knowledge of Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Inventory Control, and Budget Management.
• Able to manage team performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with good communication skills.
• Placement: Ubud, Gianyar, Bali.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Ensure service standards, food quality, and beverage quality meet company expectations.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control Food Cost, Beverage Cost, and operational expenses.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control processes.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Build a positive working culture and maintain high team productivity.
