Operations & Growth Manager – fr-anz with benefits & The Green Collective (Pererenan, Bali)
fr-anz with benefits is a cinnamon roll, matcha & coffee shop in Pererenan (opened 3 month ago). We will launch our second concept, The Green Collective – healthy grab-and-go food and smoothies (in 2 weeks).
We're a small team that builds a lot with AI, and we're looking for someone to run both shops and grow them with us.
YOU WILL OWN
- Sales: walk-in, GoFood and GrabFood
- Daily operations, team and quality
- Numbers: revenue, food cost, weekly reporting
- Smarter processes using AI tools
YOU ARE
- Proactive, a problem solver, and you take full ownership
- 3+ years in F&B operations, with a track record of growing sales
- AI-affine, reliable and punctual
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, based near Canggu / Pererenan
- Knows how to increase sales and gaining brand awarness.
