F&B (Food and Beverage) Manager

Job Descriptions :

1. Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth business activities in the owner's absence.

2. Manage, supervise, and train staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.

3. Prepare and manage staff work schedules, including arranging shift coverage when necessary.

4. Ensure consistent product quality and excellent customer service standards.

5. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain adequate stock.

6. Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall efficiency.

7. Handle daily cash management, sales reconciliation, and operational reporting.

8. Resolve operational issues independently and make effective decisions under pressure.

9. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

10. Manage and optimize sales through delivery platforms and other revenue channels.

11. Identify opportunities to improve business performance and support business growth.

13. Demonstrate a high level of initiative by proactively identifying tasks, solving problems, and taking ownership of responsibilities without requiring close

supervision.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

6. Candidates with experience as a Barista Supervisor will be preferred.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

8. Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.

9. Experience managing coffee shops or specialty cafés is highly preferred

10. Based in Bali, preferably in or near the Badung area.
