My client, a 3-star hotel near the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, is urgently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager with the following qualifications:
Job Description
- A ‘hands-on’ approach is required, as is working as part of a team to provide efficient food and beverage service.
- Develop, train, empower & lead your team of Food & Beverage professionals.
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests
to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Develop special promotional and merchandising plans and advertising materials to help increase revenue.
- Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules,
and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets.
- Cost and Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue
within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels,
implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability
while maintaining high-quality offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience Supervisor/Management experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a fast-paced Hospitality environment.
- A passion for Food & Beverage and the ability to empower, lead, and drive
a service-excellence team of professionals.
- High-level communication & leadership skills, working in a fast-paced Hotel/Restaurant.
- Strong experience leading & inspiring people, including: recruitment, training,
learning and development & training
- Prior experience working with Realta or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- English speaking skills
- Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang.
