Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a F&B Manager at Parkon Prime Hotel, located in Tangerang. The F&B Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensure the highest level of customer service, manage budgeting activities, and conduct staff training. Day-to-day tasks include supervising food service, developing and maintaining menus, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in staff Training and development
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
