F&B Hotel Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations within the hotel industry.
- Proficient in budgeting, and financial reporting (, sales, and expense analysis).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of developing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Familiar with POS systems and hotel operation software (e.g., ESB, PHP).
- Highly attentive to service quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Able to work and manage flexible working hours.
- Skilled in training, motivating, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, beach club, and room service.
- Ensure service standards, food quality, and beverage presentation meet hotel policies and guest expectations.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor costs, and ensure departmental profitability.
- Develop menu concepts and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Control inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of F&B staff.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and other departments for seamless operations.
- Prepare operational and financial reports to be submitted to the BOD and Operational Manager.
